Nepali-French collaboration, short film, ‘Dadhya’ wins best cinematography award in Sundance Film festival.

Bibhusan Basnet and Puja Gurung’s duo directorial venture was awarded Special Jury Award for the category.

Chintan Bhandari is the cinematographer. Film was award winner in KIMFF and Ekadeshma Film Festival, held last year.

Film portrays the story of empty village of Sinja valley of Jumla district, after village youths follow foreign employment.
