Kathmandu International Mountain Film Festival (KIMFF) has started at Kathmandu from today. ‘Sunakali‘ was one of the most awaited film which was world premiered at the festival. The film is about a village girl having passion towards football.
80 films from 20 countries will be premiered at KIMFF. The five days long festival has premiered films from Norway, Germany, China and Austria at its first day. There will also be an interaction program with director Yadavkumar Bhattarai, writer Nayanraj Pandey and actor Khagendra Lamichanne.
Chairman for Himal South Asia, Basant Thapa also mentioned that the festival is more than an entertainment. 30 film producers will take part at the festival.
