The five day long Kathmandu International Film Festival (KIMFF) has ended. ‘Sunakali‘, a documentary film directed by Bhojraj Bhat was the best film at the festival. ‘Sunakali’ was awarded with 1000 American Dollar. Bhat shared his experience of his shooting period.
Film ‘The days of Tarap‘ was awarded the best at the international competition with 1500 American dollar. Film from Italy and Germany became second and third winning $1000 and $500 respectively.
Kala Sangraula directed film ‘Butte Jama‘ was awarded as with public choice award. ‘Manish haraye ko suchana‘, ‘A Thousand Dreams‘, and ‘Dambare Denrite‘ won special mention award.
