Nepal film association announced the closure of cinema halls all over Nepal for indefinite period. The decision was taken after a meet on Wednesday at the association.
There are around 200 cinema halls in Nepal which will remain closed until next notice from the association.
According to association’s chief Gopal Kayasta, ‘We need to secure ourself rather than having entertainment. Therefore the halls will be shut down for indefinite period’.
Most of the cinema halls of Nepal have been badly affected by the massive earthquake.
