A group of filmmakers have come together with a slogan “Hami Sabai Ko Lagi” which means “We for all” who is now into relief works after the massive earthquake.
The group is now into building temporary houses for the earthquake victims in Paanchkhal, Kavrepalanchowk and Rampur’s ward no. 2 municipality. The temporary houses will be made of metal roof and irons which has less chance to get destroyed from the earthquake or any kind of disaster. The quake has damaged more than 40 houses.
‘Almost five houses have been built in a day’, said Suresh Darpan Pokhrel, board member at Film Developmement Board. Under his coordination, the group was been able to raise 7 hundred 23 thousand rupees for the victims.
